A great way to load up on anti-inflammatory foods is through smoothies. Try out this delicious Chocolate Cherry Smoothies. It is loaded with anti-inflammatory foods, such as cherries, cacao, and flax oil.

Cherries: a top source of anthocyanins, a flavonoid with anti-inflammatory effects, that help to reduce inflammation.

Cacao: has a rich source of magnesium that helps to relax muscle tension and is loaded with antioxidants to help protect our cells from free radicals.

Flax oil: is a polyunsaturated fat that contains the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids that help to combat inflammation, boost brain function, and are good for your heart. Omega-3 fatty acids are found mostly in plants and marine life.
