Blueberry Delight Smoothie Bowl

When blueberries are in-season buy them from your local farmers market and freeze. You'll always have them on-hand.

  • Blender
  • Food processor


  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk can
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp flax seed ground
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed as a topping


  • Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with hemp seeds and toppings of choice.


I like to do my smoothies bowls in the food processor, however, if you have a high powered blender that will work too!
