Throw together this quick and simple blueberry smoothie bowl to help combat free radicals.
Blueberry Delight Smoothie Bowl
- Food processor
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut milk can
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp flax seed ground
- 1 tbsp hemp seed as a topping
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with hemp seeds and toppings of choice.
